• Re: Price increase 1 December

Seems like Tue's way of saving the company is to outsource more and more of the production to low-cost countries, like the Czech Republic and China -and then still raise the prices...

  • Re: Beolit 12

I'm not really into this 'Retro'-thing. (thank You for the picture of the Beolit 600, Shinobi'52. I knew I'd seen this before, but couldn't remember the model). The reason B&O survived the sixties, when 15-20 other danish radio/tv manufacturers closed (and hundreds around Europe) , was because they started to make something

  • Re: Beosund 3200

There is a German company called DeToma. They make amplifiers with a Powerlink input socket and standard speaker terminals. Then you can use any passive loudspeaker you like. Ofcourse you can also try and find a secondhand B&O MCL 2P amplifier.
I kept scrolling through the responses expecting to find a beocenter 2 and no mention!!!! I thnk my favourite is the Beocenter 2, I love it- a timeless piece and one which people always comment on when walking into our living room. David
I like the Beocenter 2 too. Much more 'real' B&O than the

  • Re: Beovox 5000 Panel Speakers

Hi stt The BeoCenter 9500 can certainly handle a pair of Beovox 5000. I have a BC 9500 which now is connected to a pair of Beolab 5000 (so I don't use the amp in the BC). But i have earlier had several different Beovox'es connected to it - from CX 100's, over MC 120.2's, to Pentas. It's not the most powerful amplifier -but it can
