• Re: Beosound 4000 no sound no display

I would just like to know what the BeoSOUND 4000 looks like I've never seen one -and I can't find it here on Beoworld. I know the BeoCenter 4000 -but it has no glass-doors (or a CD) -so it can not be that one you're talking about... Was BS 4000 a special name for the US market (like the BS 2000) -or what???

Why do people need one of these things? I don't like the whole world going into iPod integration. Why not save up and buy some BL4000 or BL3 speakers that will last you a couple of decades and just buy a connector to hook it up to your iPod which you can put on your desk? Then you

  • Re: Terminal 3300 Battery Issue

It's not common that the battery only lasts for about 3 weeks. I have a Terminal 3300 and the battery lasts for months. There must be something wrong with yours. Could it be that some of the buttons are 'hanging'..?

I think the lettering on the old B&O from the 70's and 80's is the font "Helvetica" -while they today use another font: "Beofont".

  • Re: beogram 3404 electronics problem?

Hmm -quite interesting to see this 3404. Appearently it is similar to the BG 2402, with the MMC 20x line of pickup's...The 2404 had the MMC 1-5 pickup's. Was there ever a 3402 model?
I saw it this afternooen. From my point of view it looks and sounds great. No bad finish at all! Design is very Cecilie Manz. The same gently curved edges, simplicity and texture as in many of her other designs. And not retro at all . Have a look when avaible in your country and make your own judgement.
"Not

  • BeoGram 8002 -arm not lowering

I've just bought a Beogram 8002 very cheap , with a functioning MMC4 pickup. Only problem is that the arm will not always lower. I press Play - the arm moves to the edge of the record -but sometimes it will not be lowered onto the record. When it finally does, it is almost a free fall (no dampening) . It plays perfectly (when the arm has lowered
Will it really be called the Beovison 13? That suggests to me that this would be viewed as the "top of the range" TV. I heard a rumour it's more likely to be a Beovision 3 than 13. Who knows. I think the "13" moniker is just that.
I don't think it will be viewed as 'top of the
