Yes, it would be nice if the BV8 had a more advanced sound processor, but this would likely affect the sales price and may have been a consideration. The system does offer examplary performance for baoth audio (BL3s only) and video (BL3s + BV8 speakers) in a non-surround application. Edde, Your dealer can download the "Apple Remote" PUC software to the firmware on your Beovison. They either have to have the Beovision at the store or they can come to your residence with a laptop and do the download. I currently have an issue with the "Apple Remote" commands in the download in my firmware where it sends too long

Just add "Pmute" to the list of available functions on the Beo4 (see your Beo4 guide on how to do this) then hit list, scroll to "Pmute" (I have mine as the first item) and hit "go".
