  • Re: Beovision 7 Mk2-3-4 picture quality

Hi, in answer to your question Mk1 and Mk2 7-40 are not full HD i.e. 1080P. The 8-40 does not have ML as standard. If considering purchasing a TV at that price level then take advice from any one of the three principal pre-owned resellers (in the world I guess!) £4000 is top money, you should also consider a MK1 HD. Depending on whether you want

  • Est-ce que tu peux m'aider s'il vous plait?

Don't know if it is grammatically correct or not - 22 years since I did GCSE French - but perhaps some kind soul can advise the sw level required in the BS9000 for two to work as Master and Slave in the same ML grouping. I am pretty sure BS9000 needed to be at least MK2 before it would function in A.OPT 6 but any advice (or correction of my French

Hey Seanie, I got a few similar things before I moved to RE-BL - are they USB-IR converters?

  • Re: news on beovision 10

If I were you I would check with the Dealer that he is going to supply the latest spec stock and BEO4 or you will be left with the old model and suffer relatively rapid depreciation.

  • Re: Virgin Media and v+ PUC codes

Many Thanks Keith for taking the time and trouble to reply - my feeling exactly, not entirely sure why SKY Digital and SKY+ are completely different but I catch your drift, thanks

  • Virgin Media and v+ PUC codes

Can anybody please advise if Virgin Media and Virgin V+ share the same PUC or have separate PUC codes i.e. if I have V+ PUC code in a television, can you control Virgin Media? Thanks in advance.

  • Re: BL3500 Wall Mount/Installation

I'll go with this If you still have to do the final plastering then open up the wall and either fix a noggin as you describe, or glue-in a short section of vertical stud The biggest problem I find is people who run 2 core to the position of the Beolab 3500 and ML - neither with ends! And then they plaster around these cables. Which isn't a real

  • Re: What should I use for rear speakers? BL8000/6000?

I'll go with Lee on this one, but perhaps not all the way - also consider Beolab 4000 MK2 ICE-Power, I think they complement the Beolab 3 at the front well, both sonically and financially lol, the Beolab 2 will make the biggest difference to the setup. All IMHO of course.

  • Re: Can my Beo4 control my Mac?

Hi, my suggestion is to direct your money and efforts that would be involved in developing this concept elsewhere. Steve at Sounds Heavenly has a mod for the BEO4 which already does exactly what you propose, and you can configure to any source button on your BEO4. Best contact him via steve@soundsheavenly.co.uk Argos is a good source for the dock.
