Moxxey, your sentiments are the same as 99% of people who come into our showroom 75% of clients who own the BeoSound5, have asked for a separate iPod dock, because of the simplicity of operation. That is not to say they do not like/love their BS5 for all its good qualities, but they find comfort in the UI of the iPod and find the BS5 awkward. Substituting

Whether Bang & Olufsen get things right or wrong, I never doubt B&Os committment to make a great quality product. We find our biggest challenge at the moment, is that, as a rule, our clients do not find B&O user interfaces as intuitive as many others. The current crop of user interfaces be it on screen or on a hand held device come accross

http://www.cypeurope.com/Synergy/SY-M388-HDMI-Down-Scaler.html If you can have hdmi from your mini, try one of these. It will send hdmi and composite to the main tv. The tv then can modulate the composite and send it around your aerial system.
