  • early MX7000 +beo4 - setting the clock

Hey, I have an early version of Beovision MX7000, the version that was made to be operated with a Beolink 1000. However, I have a Beo4 remote, don't know if it matters. Anyways, I don't know how to set the clock on the TV. The setup menu is really limited, no clock setting in sight. Can anyone help me out? Thanks /Filip

  • cannot store tv stand position (MX7000)

Hello, I have an early version of the mx7000 on a motorized stand. I use a Beo4 to control it, the problem however is that I cannot seem to store the startup viewing angle of the stand. What I do is that I use the STAND button to rotate the stand, then I try to store the position by pressing VSETUP/STORE, and the channel indicator on the TV turns red

From other threads I understand that the teletext issues cannot be solved with the Beo4, that I have to use the BL1000 with its Go to button to enter teletext page numbers. If anybody knows differently, please post. Regarding the menu, it seems indeed as this version of the MX7000 has a more limited menu, with no automatic channel scan etc. I will try

The TV came with a Beo4 remote, but now after browsing the forum I understand the problem. My MX7000 is a very early model, and is intended to be operated with the Beolink 1000 remote. Is there a way to access all functions on the TV with the Beo4 or do I have to get a Beolink 1000? /Filip PS. Thanks!

  • problems with MX7000

I just bought an MX7000 and it has two issues, that I would be truly grateful if anybody could help me with: 1. After activating teletext by pressing the TEXT button, I cannot enter any teletext page numbers. When pressing buttons 1-4, I get sent to the 4 mem pages, but I cannot enter any numbers. And when trying to exit teletext by pressing EXIT, nothing
