Two other rooms got the B&O treatment: The first room: A small restroom: The Beosound 3 has permanent Power - the wires are hidden in another room on the back of this restroom. And the Beosound 8 installed in our masterbedroom: looks fabulous on the wall:

I watched it to the end, although I have to admit it was quite funny I really think the word "smug" totally misses the point. All the people there (clerks, customers) have been friendly or amused. If you think different go try yourself: Enter a BnO AD; enter a USB stick to their computer and try to tape yourself for the time of a whole song
I'd grab one in the coming months if you want to own one at all.
+1 if you want to listen to CDs If you have wireless lan in your office - get an BS8 and an iPod/iPad, there are more radiostations available online than you can listen in your whole life! And you can rip your cds very easy in iTunes (even
the whole thing sounded compressed and really lacking in treble.
If the BS8 is lacking in treble there are just 4 possible reasons: The BS8 was standing very low, while you stood in front of it (read: you forgot that it has very directional sound) The audiosource was of poor quality ( the BS89 will sound poor

This is due to a very simple fact - the configuration of your Beo5/6 is specifically adjusted to the needs of the customer - by loading something the authorized dealer created will
Toobe in the flash
Yes, I liked the picture of it very much - I then looked at it at the stilwerk in Duesseldor. To be honest it looked a bit "el cheapo". Seems that I am to much into high quality materials (Alu, steel, wood). This thing is made from an acryl tube - from close it does not look high
what is the difference between beo5 and beo6
Well, on the "hardware-side" it is just a backchannel for showing covers of cds on your Beo6 in combination with Beosound 5. BUT what really thrills me is what will happen, once the protocol is "reverse-engineered". You could integrate a
I can't believe how well this thing is selling.
I can believe it, because I wanted one the minute I saw the first pictures. It is a real problem solver for those who do not want or need a Link-speaker (with the wiring/Adapters) or who are fine with a "dock" as a main stereo-system. If I look
