Hello again fellow Beoworlders. I have just bought my second Beogram 4000. It worked good after a good clean, but it began to act strange after correcting the tracking weight. When I press "on", the arm carriage will move about 0,5 cm and slowly move back to resting position. I can press the < which moves it towards the center of the platter

What speakers do you use with your setup? I have the shibata on sapphire cantilever option, two nude line on aluminum cantilever and an elliptical on aluminum cantilever. The shibata is definately more delicate sounding, but the attentuated treble response may be a bit annoying if your speakers already are dark sounding. I have come to the conclusion

If I remember correctly, there is a voltage selector under the Beomaster, though I am not shure.

Hvis det skal være B&O, laves der den passive Beovox 1, men bedre højttalere kan sagtens skaffes til samme pris.
