The red LED alert light on the back of the handset can be switched on/off via the set up menu. To access the menu press "DOT" followed by 7 then scroll to SET UP MENU. Press GO then scroll to ALERT SIGNAL. Press go and see if it has been switched off. Opman

  • Re: Another Avant Question

There have been a number of different versions of the Beo4 Remote control. If you have an old model, it has an AV button in the middle of the second row from the top. With this version you do not have to use the list funtion. Assuming the products are correctly option programmed: Avant Option2. BeoSound3000 Option1 if you have speakers connected to

  • Re: BeoSound 9000 and BeoLab 3500

When you option programme the BeoSound9000, you should use A.OPT not L.OPT. The BeoLab3500 should be in option 5 if you do not have a video master in the set up. Opman

  • Re: Help - loading music onto Beosound 6

Hi Mark Your computer should see the BeoSound6 as a Universal Mass Storage (USM) decive and treat it like an external hard drive. When you copied the music to your computer did you tick the copy management box? If you did that would prevent the music being copied to the BeoSound6. Hope that helps Opman.

Hi Andy Happy New Year. I hope that your technical glitch didn't cause you to much of a headache, that's what alcohol was invented for. Just pondering your set up again. Is the Masterlink cable from the main room to the link room jointed somewhere? B&O make a junction box to splice ML cable/s together. When you use this it "commons"

You have my sympathies, I bet you feel like you are going around in circles with this one. The BeoSound9000 is A.Opt1 and the BeoLink Active is L.Opt5 assuming that you have no video equipment connected. If you do have a video master in the system, then put the BeoSound9000 in A.Opt2 and the BeoLink Active in L.Opt6 Option 1 & 2 are main room options

Have you tried connecting the BeoLab Penta's directly to the BeoSound9000 in your main room to confirm that they are working? Are you using fully wired PoerLink cables in the link room?
