Hi Rauss Yes, when you buy a product from a dealer, they supply the 4 digit pin which they obtain from the B&O server in Denmark. They can only acquire the pin numbers for their country. Hello jonnie There are two reset codes for the BeoCom6000 handset Mark 1. DOT 70008 will reset the base to factory setting DOT 70009 will reset the handset to factory setting. (DOT is the button between the A & V keys to the left of the wheel). Regards Opman

I belive that a pre-production version of BeoSound 5 will be in the showrooms in November for dealers to demonstrate and take orders. However stock will not be available until some time "early"? 2009. Opman.

I don't think B&O will be producing any more peripheral boxes such as "DVD 3" or "HDR 3". They seem to be putting more emphasis on Beo5 and PUC (Peripheral Unit Control) to opertae third party boxes.
