Hi Rob Welcome to BeoWorld. First question, do you have an external box such as Sky or Virgin+ connected? If you have you will likely have a thin cable with an inra red emitter stuck to the front of the box and the other end plugged into the back of the TV. It is possible that you have plugged the jack plug into the wrong socket, the sypmtoons would

  • Re: BV10 and HDMI

You can purchase the Atlona AT-HD41D HDMI expander. The IR codes for this box can be added to the PUC list of your BeoVision10. This means that you can still operate all three devices with your B&O remote control. Your dealer may have to update the PUC list in your TV if the Atlona and PS3 aren't already there. Regards Opman

  • Re: Beovision 5 Yes or No
The BeoCenter 2300 can be converted to MasterLink with an MCL to ML converter. It's a small black box sold by B&O that has you connect the PowerLink and Aux cables from the 2300 to the box. Then, the box converts it to a MasterLink connection. • 3D Demonstration material

Hello All In the past we have had threads suggesting the best tracks to audition loudspeakers. Does anybody have any suggestions as to the best films/scenes to demonstrate 3D images? Regards Opman

  • Re: Maybe a fraud with stolen B&O stuff???

Why not email the store in Manchester the serial number and they can check if it was stolen from their store during the riots/looting? Opman

  • Re: Beosound 8 vs Beosound 1
However. You don't have any options but idevice with bs8. Bs1 of course has radio, cd, and aux..
The BeoSound8 has Aux input via two phono sockets and it also has mini USB socket so there are alternatives to docking an Apple device. Opman

  • Re: Beosound 8 vs Beosound 1

Another factor to consider when auditioning BeoSound8 in showrooms is to be aware of how the music is stored on the device. Is it lossless or compressed? Some may claim that they can't tell the difference, others will only want the very best quality. If you don't know what you are comparing how can you make an informed decision? As previously

  • Re: Beosound Ouverture help

The BeoLab2000 is designed to be used in a "link room". It is not possible to operate the link speaker via the Ouverture keypad. You have to either use the buttons on the BeoLab2000 or direct the Beo4 remote to the BeoLab2000. Opman
