Indeed! I got the amp this weekend and been testing it with Beovox 3000s and achieved probably the best combination with the material i own. Very round and smooth sound. I wonder if the transformer issue is a feature, since mine keeps quite a humming too. Wouldn't except that kind of noise from a quality product, though...

As i work with lighting systems i can say it's not very normal to dim a dimmer, and many times it's not even possible when the dimmer is only controlled by voltage adjustment, so the problem will be the internal dimmer on these fixtures as LC2 can't control their dimmer with just lowering the voltage. Same applies for amps-you don't

Thanks for your tips. :) Using pentas on their own would then free me two pairs of fine speakers to use with other systems! Speaking of establishing the price...the seller mentioned about some kind of gold painted stripe missing from the top of one speaker. Sounds like a cosmetical problem but does it sound fixable? I've never seen these speakers
