Lexcom have cables converting from Masterlink to RJ45. I have CAT-5 between my rooms but please note that CAT-5 lacks one pin compaired to CAT-6 which is what Lexcoms own cables is based on. My own experience is that CAT-5 is sufficient for B&O Masterlink BUT with the exception when cabling to ie Beolink Active. Here you need all 9 pins. Maybe someone

Yes - B&O should stop developing their own digital media software like Beoport and Beomedia. What they should do though is to build a UPnP client into their TV's. Then users could stream music and video from what-ever-server they have (Media Player etc) Look at PS3 and make a very nice user interface. This would give the user added value for

355f - couldn't agree more. 20 years ago you would see B&O tvs in 50% of danish homes. Thats defenitly not the case today. And will be even less in the future when no one is using there MX/LX's anymore. At that time you ususly paid the double price when buying B&O tv's. Today yout pay be factor 6 or 7! Hi, I am the owner of a brand new Beocenter 6-26. I have been told/read that this should be able to act as a Link Master with my Beoport. My TV is in my mainroom and the Beoport is in my study.
