Hi Wladek, I hope I can be of help, if my memory serves me correct it does require a little confidence to prise the rear section away, I think I removed the central part aswell with the screws that hold the rear stand on. Matt

I have been doing my homework like a good little boy and noticed several posts about B&O cd's stopping or shutting down. The common link seems to be the laser needing a clean, I have gentlly brushed over the surface with a cotton bud as suggested and now playback has been extended to 2-3 minutes. hmmmm ?? perhaps it is just a lens clen needed

I received the returned Beogram CDX this morning, there is no visible defect anywhere, the cd mechanism floats correctly and the laser moves with no interuption. However the Beogram will only play for about a minute to a minute and a half and then just stop spinning. So it differs slightly from the crackling sound report earlier. I did not experience

Hi, I wondered if anyone can advise me on the best cable to connect Red Line passive speakers to a Beosystem 8500 ? I have some original old B&O leads with fixed two pin plugs but the legnth is a bit short, alternatevly I have some massive flat heavy duty core cables that could potentially be terminated with B&O style two pin plugs. I just wondered
