I purchased a BS2000 Red for $75 with stand in mint condition. CD mech doesn't work but it also came with a Beo4 and aux cable. Gonna use it for a garage radio I think:)

After much pondering I have decided to sell my mint condition BeoSound 4000 with the aluminum pole style floorstand. I will not include the remote as I do have other B&O to use it on. It will come with original packaging and cables. The CD player works with no issues, the tape as far as I know works the same, but has not been used since........

flashing red lights usuall y indicate service needed. or a power reset has happened. tr y to set the TV back to factor y levels to see if it helps. I have saved a 7-55 with issues similar b y updating software as well.

and no you don't need the ML gateway for two way to work on B6, just a BeoMaster 5 and the B6.

It's not here in the US yet.... if a dealer has it working they are most likely testing it for the company... one would think the Chicago store would def. have it first as they are so close to the headquarters in the US. Look more towards the arrival of the Encore for the B6 wifi to be activated.... which shouldn't be too long here :)

Sounds like the system needs to be re-option programmed. I would search the forum for instructions on how to do it, it's very easy with a Beo4 remote. Additionally, before I do that I would unplug all the equipment for approx. 5 minutes then replug it all in again.

B&O would need to set themselves apart from the crowd as usual, that could be the thought process behind the glasses one would think. As far as 3D, you will have to have an updated BS3 with HDMI out to take advantage of 3D, period at this point. I don't beleive DVI will carr y 3D so that would be the reason wh y it is onl y HDMI(v1.4) now. pure

not from what I understand and have seen. The BV4 has a seperate IR panel integrated into the bottom of the frame which is a new proprietary IR sync system (B&O purchased) to run the sync of the glasses. Plus naturally 3D can only be transferred via a HDMI signal which has also been switched out from the old DVI only outputs of the old BS3. If you
