I have tried numerous configurations on my system to get Digital 5.1 surround sound on my B&O System from the Mac mini I have a MAudio Transit via USB to Optical out to the TV. The output is AC-3 which B&O state is the correct input for the Digital audio in. If i select digital input on the Bang and Olusfsen i get no sound. I do get great sound

Yes i am getting stereo ok. But the digital sound AC3 output from the Apple Mac connected to A2 is not functioning.

I recently bought a Mac mini. I wanted to get Digital audio out into my BV-7. I have bought a M-Audio Transit USB device which connects to my Mac mini giving a AC-3 output. When i connect this to my BV-7 it does not work i have standard stereo conected to AV-4 and selected the A2 input for digital audio. A1 is used by sky HD. Any help would be appreciated

Thanks for the help took the plunge it was well worth it but did not install iTunes 7.5 yet.

Just brought a Mac-mini, with Tigar installed and Itunes 7.4.2. It comes with a Leopard OS upgrade. I dont what to upgrade and stop N-Music working. From other posts it appears there are some issues. Should i upgrade or not?
