I guess there is an error in this counter. I have a BV7-40 Mk3 for more than one year and the Boot Counter is 422, so there must be some fault in the Service Counter of your BV. Edit: What Acanthus said is more logic. I was typing a reply while he posted it.

Hello Spiros You can drag and drop every command from the Apple TV xml to the Camera submenu, so, when you press Camera, all the commands will appear in the screen of your Beo5. Hello Spiros When you press just the center button for some seconds you are turning off your Beo5. I meant you have to press and hold the standby button and press the center button to enter in the Service menu. Let's see if your Beo5 enters in this menu. Regards

Hello Spiros Have you tried to press Standby and Center button at the same time? You will enter in the Service Menu. You can choose to apply a default gonfiguration or change other things. Maybe it responds and you can configure it again. Good luck!

Hi Spiros Try to charge your Beo5 fully on the table charger and try again to download the new firmware. Usually, when new firmware is downloaded to the Beo5, the battery becomes empty. Regards

Hi In the beginning, I used a PDA with an IR transmitter and the SW Remotecontrol II It worked perfectly for what I wanted, but it's a harder work compared with the Lintronic Box. As DoubleU said, when you have your codes, you won't need the Lintronic box anymore.
