Ok , if you were prepared to purchase a beolink Active you could do this, connect the active via masterlink to the hifi which does not have the loudspeakers connected to it, make a lead which takes 8 pin powerlink to aux input of the hifi with the loudspeaskers on. Slave mode which is audio option 6 (or is it 5? i get so confused!) is intended for use where you want a second hifi in a link system which will only operate in that one room, it will not get over the fact that both systems will respond to the same CD, RADIO commands if in the same room. Hi There, Apart from the Sky box you will probably find that most boxes on the list are now obselete, so that leaves 2 options, get the sky or have your dealer update the STB software. If you have the software upgraded you can use topfield TF5800 PVR, which is hard disc in the vien of sky plus, or Humax F2 Fox T, which is a really nice solid freeview

Hi Sundby, Heres whats possible, I am assuming your a beosound 3000 is N.Music compatible (ie it allows control of the PC 2) and that you have Beo 4 remote, & a basic knowledge of stuff like option programming. i am also assuming that the content on your PC will play through PC2 ie its in the right format.
