I really don't get the argument that B&O have 'struggled' to implement new technologies - this is one area they have always been way ahead in but using a different approach - namely their proprietary 'Peripheral Unit Control' or STB system to control third party devices via the TV and remote control without having to rely on

They did develop a new touch pad that should have solved this issue. If you have been given a new unit, that new unit should have a new warranty so you shouldn't have an issue getting the touch panel replaced. In any case if you have had three repairs and a replacement I am sure B&O would be very keen to look after you and cover and work needed

We clean our AR screens in the store everyday just using breath and a microfibre cloth, and occasionally a small spray of window cleaner onto a cloth. The official word a year ago was that Samsung had cancelled the development of a 3D projector - I was waiting for it to. Sounds like something else in your MasterLink system also needs a PIN perhaps? This can shut the whole system down after a few minutes play.

Mk4 BV7 should only need HDMI- only the Mk1 and Mk2 needed a DVI connection?

I had a listen to the Bose Soundlink today - I found having to listen to the poor-by-comparison sound quality very disappointing, not something I could live with. I would happily pay more for something I would enjoy listening to.

It would normally indicate that the switch is set to LINE, should be L or R if you are using powerlink cables?

Hi Paul, all BeoCenter 6 tvs are HD ready, they have DVI and component inputs and run up to 720p I believe
