Not sure why this springs to mind but have you tried GO then 2 on the Beo4?
-
Yes, I can confirm this will work. Just make sure that you tape the adapter plugs onto the HDMI cable so that they do not work loose. Vinnie.

Hard to tell what is wrong, may be a faulty IR blaster. I can confirm that you need to be using Apple Appleremote for the IR comands. On the apple tv I think there is a setting to pair the actual Apple remote control and use only that to control the apple tv. This needs to be set to be able to use other universal remotes etc, I think you should look

I think your dealer has ordered you the wrong colour. It looks like you have a BeoVision 7 silver with a Gun metal grey 7.4. I would speak to the dealer and demand it be changed to the silver 7.4. Probably ordered in error. Good luck. Vinnie

If this works, try pressing Menu on the Beo4 you should get a list appear on the left hand side of the screen. Press the appropriate buttons to get to the Sky function you require.

Hi, If you have the correct software on your BeoVision 3 it should not be too difficult. I think you may have it set up incorrectly tho. Go to Connections in the BV3 menu, select which ever AV scart you have the Sky + connected to press GO, then scroll through the options to find DTV/SAT and then press GO, your Set top box controller list should appear
-
Yes, but it does not support fast scrolling or fast forward or fast rewind. Updating you IR list is not as simple as just uploading a new full list, you have to create your own desired list from the choice of available boxes. This is why I said that you are best to list all your current boxes that are used then add the other specific boxes you require
-
BTW, the updating is the same for the BeoSystem 3 and the BeoCenter 6. Vinnie.
-
Yes this can be done very easily by your dealer as long as they have the correct cables and software. It only takes a couple of minutes to update and then you can have lots of other boxes which are now available on the PUC list. It will delete your current list, so make sure that you write down which boxes you currently use on the IR list and ask for

The eject button also works on the BeoCenter 2 and the BeoSound 4 to load DVD/CD's.
