  • Re: Speaker Grills/Covers packaging

Glad it helped!! I'd take the 7-4 into the dealer and see if they can work it out, it's a little odd that the break is at the same place on both sides....maybe by design?

I bought BL9 covers from my dealer and they arrived in non-labelled boxes, also wrapped thickly in foam, not a problem with the condition though. If you need help fitting these, check out a previous post of mine where i included a document on how-to fit the covers, pics included.

  • Re: Beolab 5 prices?

It's well worth checking with the courier service to get a price on the customs charges. I imported a $5,000.00USD electronics item from the USA to the UK and UPS charged me approx £600.00 to clear through customs.

Hi All, I'm pretty sure we've all had a bad run in with a spaghetti jungle at the back out our set-ups. What does everyone use to keep this under control?? I was thinking of velcro ties however i'd probably need a shed load. I've also seen in some dealers a type of mesh that the cables are fed through giving the look of one single run

I think that questions about BS3 come up, but maybe not enough to warrant a dedicated thread, as you said, it would need to be used regularly.

Thanks for that subversive, is the IR on the Sony, the far right light on the glass section at the bottom?? If not, can you explain where it goes.

  • Re: The Beosystem 3 Owners Thread

Thanks Weebyx, I popped into my dealer yesterday and he showed me that exact remote, so i've just ordered one online (£8.95). So is it just Power On/Off that can't be controlled?? Is there a solution for this?
