My BV4-65, purchased november 2009 have had same kind of problem. The picture is a little bit dark and some details in movies are missed. Sometimes it suddenly appear brighter and what a marvellous picture it becomes. I am told they are working on it and the problem will be fixed in about a month. Ahmet1

Hi! I received my BV4 65 (D11 panel) 2 weeks ago and I am very satisfied with it. Pared with a decent blu-ray player and some beolabs for sorround, it is simply better than going to the movies. As for the bezel I never really thought much about that. If you prefer a brushed surface, maybe you should choose the grey frame rather than the silver. I dont

The mains to the screen itself was loose. Remains to see wether this caused the screen to accidentially switch off as well..

Hi! I have a BV 9, purchased Aug 08. Some 2 months ago it started to turn itself "off" randomly but without returning to standby position. It switched off all of the 4 beolabs in my setup as well. Hi! Oled and LED technology are NOT the same. LED is basically a LCD technology. OLED is still 2-3 years away. Ahmet1
