My problem is fixed. For the record, and just in case it helps someone else, I discovered that my new Sky box had SCART Control switched off (Settings | Picture | SCART Control). Switching this on enabled on/off control of the Sky box using a Beo4 handset controller. Everything working smoothly again.

I have a small B&O setup of three linked TVs, a BeoMedia 1 and a BeoSound 3200. The TVs are a BeoVision 7, a BeoVision 6 and an old Avant. I use Beo4 remote controllers for managing the above, including controlling my Sky equipment. Thank you. I may well decide to upgrade my membership, but not just to get access to the installation guide, but because I like the site. In the meantime I just can't believe that B&O have designed BeoMedia 1 such that customers can't configure it without help from B&O staff. Is it really the case that something as simple as changing

I have a recently installed BeoMedia 1. It is integrated into my other equipment (three B&O TVs and a BeoSound 3200 with various speakers) and also my wireless network, and hence the Internet.
