There is no noise when I press on the center of the speaker. The noise is the same as when I play music, but I have to turn the sound level up to about 70, before the noise is there, depending on the music. I think I will order a new unit (har en kontakt i Struer). /Lorup

I managed to remove the cover and if I gently give the speaker a push 2 cm. above the center, I can hear a scratch noise, if I do the same 2 cm. beneath the center, no noise. I think this indicate that the speaker Is broken, is that the correct conclusion? Does anyone know the price of this speaker unit? /Lorup

Can anyone please tell me how to remove the front cover on a BeoLab 5 speaker? I’m afraid that the upper bas speaker unit is broken :-( Thank you in advance /Lorup

My software version is 5.04a. Is there a separate service menu for BS3? other then Menu > 0 > 0 > GO?

I just tried to switch on my XBox and then the volume is back as in the “old” days with MKII

I have just tried to switch between all the sources, analog TV signals, DVBT, DVD, N.MUSIC, N.RADIO and all sources has the same sound level.
