there is an authourised repair place in Nottingham for Gaggia, after a bit of searching on google i found it. I fear that when my titanium breaks I will be stuffed aswell! After I purchased it,I knew I should have bought the jura! I am in the motor trade and know the difference between german and italian cars!! I feel I will kick myself at some point

you know what I didn't think of that!! Its a pain for anyone who has a bv9 bv5 or bv4 are stuffed and need to hide a dvd i assume you can control it as long as its on the puc list? Cheers Nick
