Will this idea work please? If I get Apple TV and connect a cable from the yellow composite socket on my Beovision 3 to one of the component sockets on the Apple TV will I get a picture sufficient enough to set it up via my wireless itunes, ipod touch? The quality won't matter as long I could view the set up menu. At this time I'm not interested

Medogsfat: Sorry all you Eagles fans out there but "Hotel California" is one of the very few tracks I wouldn't let any where near any of my B&O - I hate that track with a passion! My favourites depend on the media involved, for vinyl it has to be The Beatles "A Day In The Life". Favourite CD/Digital media track at the moment

Earle: I'm interested to see what other people have to say. If you had the chance to play ONE song for a friend, to demonstrate the sound dynamics of a B&O speaker, what would it be? Perhaps I could come up with a tracklisting of the ultimate demo-CD! BTW, my song of choice would probably be Hotel California by The Eagles (Hell Freezes Over

One thing though, I assume my Beovision3 won't be able to accept the video signal from the Apple TV, in that case just for the purposes of set-up only could I do this on a friends set with the necessary connections or would it be necessary to access the video output quite often for adjustment purposes? If the latter, then it's not really feasible

Just to clarify, I intend to use it with the ipod touch and have this as my screen rather than the TV, so I am anticipating that the two will communicate without the need to have a TV connection and the TV on.

Is the Apple TV capable of being just connected to my hi-fi as a jukebox for audio only? I may later expand to TV connection, but initially I just want music. Do I just take the audio out via the phono sockets ? Thanks in advance.

politician: My audio system comprises a Beogram 5500, Beocord 5500, Beomaster 5500 and Beosound 9000 feeding via a Beosystem 3 to Lab 5s (front), Lab 3s (rear) and Lab 10 (centre). If I were to replace the Beogram 5500 and Beomaster 5500 with a Beogram 6000 (quadraphonic turntable) and Beomaster 6000 (quadraphonic amp) would I able to get true quad

andyp: Hi All, Hope everyone is well, not been available / here for a while but interested to see if the new BeoSound (5?) is out yet? I appreciate B & O do not exactly move 'quickly' but thought someone may have news of imminent releases if it hasn't already happened. Regards, Andy There are reports that the new B&O secret project
