  • Re: Beo 5 Countdown- who get the first one...?

Peter: At the time of set up. You can choose from logos for TV channels and radio stations from a very large library. You also get the option of using free text and choosing the colours there as well. Each button can be assigned either a logo or text as well as the IR code or sub-menu code. This does require the software so make a list of what you want

I got an email from my dealer, and he said it was £300 for the handset & charger, dunno if this was a special cause I recently bought a BV7, even so I thought it was pretty good. So I may have to go and take it for a test drive soon JoC

  • Re: iPod Touch

I was all set to buy this, BUT at only 16gb - I think I'll pass, stick a 80gb+ HD in it then it may be useful to play videos and hold a decent music collection. I don't know what to do now, as my current iPod is on it's last legs, the new classic is just boring, the new nano is just plain ugly - I guess I will have to suffer on with my current

  • Re: BV9 - Soon arriving to ....mr anders(son)

lol , thanks for that... When my BV7-40 arrived, it the box just about scraped through the door, but the thought of carrying it up 3 flights of stairs put me off. So I had it unpacked in the middle of the street, well it gave the neighbours something to talk about for a while. Good job I never bought that thing njoy.

  • Re: SKY HD sound

The Sky HD box has HDMI & Optical Sound out (Toslink) - also Left-Right audio connectors. The only channels that I know that broadcast DolbyDigital are SkyMovies (premier 1 & 1+), SkySports, SkyBoxOffice & the HD channels, could be more but I doubt it. Heres a picture from wikipedia... (notice also it has USB, Ethernet & eSATA - interesting
