Looks like the Beo 6 may have some competition. This article is merely someone with ties to the home automation industry vocalizing what I think many of us see coming: http://www.electronichouse.com/article/savant_ipad_will_redefine_home_automation/

Gotta love it! The older I get, the more I realize how important humor and appreciating the small things (like this hapless chap) are in the grande scheme of things.

Well, I've certainly been one of those who is guilty of talking Apple up on this forum - less so recently as I've been relatively busy at work. As I read posts by the various Apple pundits (i.e. the other people on this forum that have been very vocal for years in clamoring for B&O to partner better with Apple), I continue to be impressed

but, I was wondering if anyone has any thoughts on how quickly B&O will incorporate the new 3-D technology that Samsung just showed at CES for their upcoming LCD panels. I ask only because I want to buy a BV-7 55" and though I would've guessed the 3-D technology to be a few years off, it looks like it's coming sooner and more standardized

I almost hesitate to aske, but what about on a BV8-32"?

I've moved on to 802.11n WiFi at home, but I still have to have a smaller network running 802.11g to run the iPhones. I've never noticed any interference from

Actually, that's so true! Thanks for the reality check - my love for B&O stuff, particularly their speakers, puts me in to some sort of reality distortion field when it comes to their prices. Mark
