My local store charge by the hour at 47.00 or 250 for the day plus materials if its not plug and play. They used to come out to look first but now they know my house so well its not needed!! You often pay for what you get with installation but you also get ripped off too. They are the only dealer I have come across who do not charge me for a call out

The new Wilmslow store has nothing to do with Macclesfield its opening with a brand new owner who was working for Bang & Olufsen UK, His name is Andrew so when it opens go and say hello and show him some support!!!!!! He is a really nice guy and will help you out as best he can. Cheers

It could be possible to do this using some small extra pieces of kit, been into the Derby store and spoke to Andy ( 01332 362292 ) and he has ordered some kit from the states that will allow this to be distributed to link rooms with full control. He is going to test this out and let me know when he has set it up to demonstrate it for me. Just to clarify

From what I have heard B&O uk are taking it over and running it, they will possibly be moving out the Mailbox due to high costs on rent and percentages on sales per year! There has been a few dealers closing up and down the country, its the current climate plus too much monet being spent on advertising thats causing problems.

The dealer with being so new could not get a service manual as they are no longer in print so the best option was to send back to Bang & Olufsen service in gloucester, Unfortunatly due to the age of this product the parts are no longer in stock, ( keeping parts in stock up to 10 years after the item has seased production ) The cost of £50

Hi just trying to fit brand new drive units to my CX 50's and there is no marking for what would be the + & - terminals, I bought the speakers with out the drivers as they had died some time ago any ideas?
