Low: Getting several thousands of dollars off a pair of floor model BL5 only to find out that the store had sold them to someone else after they had promised them to me. High: Getting a brand new pair of lab5s for the same price as the floor models because a promise is a promise. Love that B&O service!

I have a 3 zone sonos system set up in my house. One zone is connected to my BS9000 via the aux, and I have 2 other free standing zones including outdoor patio speakers. Actually, problem solved. My pregnant wife got sick of me moping around so she yanked the damn thing out herself with a pair of pliers. Now everything works fine and I'm ecstatic to get my system back. At the same time, I feel like a complete doofus. Thanks all for the advice.

I really hope someone here can help. I have a pair of headphones with a 1/4 " phono plug. I wanted to listen to them through the BS 9000 so I got an adapter to convert the phono plug to a 1/8" plug. Worked fine the first few times until tonite. Now the damn adapter is stuck in the phono jack of the BS9000 and no matter what I do I can't

Love the site, hope someone here can help. I currently have a beosound 9000 connected via powerlink to beolab 5. Connected to the beosound 9000 via the AUX, I have a sonos zoneplayer 80. If you are not familiar with sonos, it's a networked music server/player. I now can either play CDs or radio through the beosound 9000, or use the sonos to play

It confuses me as well. Price and exclusivity are probably major factors. B&O equipment, as we know all too well, is very, very expensive.
