Many thanks, Martin. I didn't realise there were buttons, which worked fine on the CD deck, but there isn't one in the front of the tape deck, which is fully aligned etc. All the best Sylvia

Can someone help me (or direct me to the right section)? I am suddenly unable to open my beocord 3300 tape and CD decks without using force which seems really excessive. Advice pleae! Thanks, Sylvia
