  • Re: Beogram 1800

I thank all of you for reading this post! I haven't had this t/t out in long time due to a minor (major) accident. I honestly did not know about the front panel ( below the cue button) it works great, beautiful t/t, I like the older stuff. I shall soon renew my costs due this forum. • Beogram 1800

    Will try again in this post. have a Beogram 1800. • B&O 1800 t/t

Haven't used in long time and have forgotten. When tonearm is in midplay of an lp, how does one return arm to "park". Seems like a lot of resistance if I simply cue it up and try to do so by hand. thanks

  • Beogram 1800 cartridge

Just bought a really nice 1800 / no cartridge. Everything seems to work well. I have a RX with mmc2 cart. and a 2400 with mmc 4000 cartridge. Dumb question? Will either of these cartridges fit the 1800 just for a test? Would like to hear the deck before spending $150. for a new cartridge. Thanks

  • Re: Beogram RX speed adj.

Just an added note about the strobe disc. I just placed mine on the table and used a fluorescent lamp to read the speed. a spiral fluorescent bulb in a shade lamp would work quite well. Not to high tech.
