What an awesome prize set! You never know when being smart will come in handy. I've always wondered how those game shows can afford such posh prizes. I'd also be curious to see how much winners have to pay in TAXES on their prizes.

A14BEO: The painted Lab 5's are HORRENDOUS!!!! Agree. Just because they are "Artists" doesn't mean they have taste. I've met plenty of artists who don't. (not that I'm opinionated or anything!)

That was an easy question.

jandyt: So does this look like the end of the road for our much collected catalogues, usually available in hardback form too? Andy T. Lack of hardback availability would be a pity, though the new magazine (magalog!) looks like it will be just as beautiful as the catalogs. (I'm appalled at the idea of painting BeoLab 5s, though!) I honestly don't

linder: BV 8 32" is not exactly the smaller TV that I had hoped B&O would bring to North America. I was hoping for the Beocenter 6 26" which I think is a much better design. A Beovision 7 32" would be even better but I am sure it would cost much more. Bill Maybe the rest of the world has the impression that Americans like everything

Great job! I enjoyed reading both the review of the Serenata (have to say I started feeling Jealous that we won't see it in the USA) and the interview with Herr Sorensen. Glad you enjoyed your trip; sounds fantastic. Keep it up!

jandyt: I think we should wait til we see, hear and feel the device before we pass judgement. Gosh, it doesn't seem promising but I don't think we should have Mr Schmelling hung, drawn a quartered just yet. Just my opinion. Andy T. True, true. I'm sure there's a reason B&O picked him.

I'll send in my measly attempts at answers soon.

Agree. Some things are nice. I wouldn't go as far as to say "inspired" about any of the products, except maybe the bookshelves on the exhibition page. But I wasn't sure what in that picture was his and what wasn't. I also liked his stainless steel spoons for salads, olives, etc. He does have a sense of humor though, which is important

If you like simple furniture, there's only *so* simple you can go before everything looks similar. A table, e.g., at its most basic is a plank with legs... Leaning bookshelves have been around for a long time, and this is just a rather simple leaning bookshelf.
