I must say I'm impressed... Over the past few weeks I've been complaining about each and every new B&O release, but this time: WOW! I was on the website from my office during the last 30 seconds of the countdown, and was really pleased with the presentation and the music featured. As expected, it has no camera, so the sound part has to be

I never tried to control a STB through the TV channels, but on my BeoCenter 1, I programmed both SCARTS as decoders, and stored 2 TV channels for each of the decoders. This way, when I choose TV 1, with decoder 1activated, it shows "BEOCORD" (for my non B&O VCR) , and when selecting TV2, with the decoder nr2 activated, it shows "BEOMEDIA"

Hi! Your Sony DVD/HDR recorder is compatible with the DVD controller from B&O, so I think this is the best & cheapest option for you. You can buy this from any B&O dealer and enjoy controlling it with your Beo4!

Masterlink techonology is more than 10 years old now, so I too think B&O should wake up quickly. Have an audio-video masterlink system, wireless or not, with control of different sources in different rooms (only possible with BC2 and BS4), based on digital audio transmission (only FM is still analog!), with more PC -based concept: the Sonos systems

I also think BeoLink Wireless is used at 10% of its capacities. Indeed a Masterlink wireless would have been a right step forward, this would have enabled products like the BeoLab 3500 to be connected with a single cable instead of the cable mess we have to deal with (Powerlink, + another separate IR eye). I also think the audio signal transmission

Maybe B&O should use more BeoWorld's huge customer/user market for product development in order to avoid commercial flops like BeoSound 6.. and outdated products like DVD2 or BeoVox 1..or BeoMedia 1. Follow technology more closely, let us work with the prototypes & tell them what needs to be changed or improved before being launched! Get

It' s funny that only 2 days after wirting my post about BeoSound 6 on the official B&O website, they came out with a 3-page (!) press release about it, almost replying to all my concerns & criticisms..so they do read the forums sometimes! They say the bass boost was optimized for use of the player with the A8 earphones (which simply means

I was planning to swap my BeoSound 2 for this one, because: -it finally has a direct USB connection -it has a higher memeroy capacity -it would have come with a leather case - the original Samsung has a built in FM tuner, photo viewer & microphone Now that the specs are here for the rebadged B&O version, it comes out there is no FM (I could

If only Beo5 had had 2-way communication.. I don't watch TV I don't watch satellite TV So all the icons for the TV channels are useless to me ...but I have NMUSIC & NRADIO: can I see the channel name or track name on Beo5? NO Imagine the dealer storing the names & logos for 3,000 radio stations and 40 Go of net music . To be quite frank
-
Am I the only one to find the leather case particularly ugly?
