• Re: Beovision 6-26 V.s BeoCentre 6-26
I'm pretty sure the only difference is the inclusion of a radio in the BC6, and you paid more for the privelidge
Wrong. The last bv6 where a much better set with HDMI and an improved panel. Follow the advice in bentleymans post

  • Re: Will there be a BV 10-55 as a follow up for the discontinued BV 9?

OLED years off, I think not. Retailing with Samsung and LG middle to end of the year.
That's still only speculation. Plus there will be limited sizes (32")
I'm no fan of being an early adopter, and personally won't touch OLED until it's had time to

  • Re: Beo Play
Would love to be proven wrong though
I don't think you will be. Everything I have read says you need to be n the local wireless network that beolit talks to. If your friend has wifi you can reconfigure the beolit and your I device to sit on that network, but at the beach or picnic you will need to cable

  • Re: Beo Play
Having had a bit more of a read about it, is anyone else suprised that a run time of "up to 8 hours", is apparently halved when the wireless/streaming function is used??
No. Its the main reason I don't get the obsession with airplay, and would rather dock the phone on a device since I will be in

  • Re: BeoVision 12-65

Exactly. Taken in a context, ie comparing with similar products, the price is as expected As stated above the Pansonic panel (no tuner, no speaker, no nice frame, no VisionClear, no masterlink, no surround processor etc) retails for around 8-9k in the UK. re one posters comment about the seperate BS3. I would think most people wuld prefer to keep this

  • Re: BeoSound 8 vs BeoLab 4
I much prefer the idea of Airplay than Airport Express - no extra boxes, cables and stuff to plug in and connect. But, each to their own I guess!
A separate airport express allows you to position the bs8 in an area without very good wifi reception and locate the airport where you want. A separate airport express

  • Re: Apple TV PUC

Or, just use any old device that is in your PUC table, and let Apple TV learn the codes same as you would teach it to work off a third party remote

  • Re: connecting the new AppleTV to a Beovision 7-32 Mk III. Got picture, where's the sound?

You may have already tried all the below, and I hope the post is taken in the spirit it's intended which is meaning to be helpful, not patronising. Like I say I got this working on a 7-40 MKII using the method below. Assign AV4 to "PC" Plug ATV via HDMI to DVI convertor in DVI on TV. Use Digital to analogue convertor like the one below
