  • BV7 DVD Screensaver??

Is there a setting for BV7 and the built-in DVD to have a screensaver or auto-off feature when the video is paused? Reason I asked this is I was I walked into the room and I saw the DVD is set to pause. I asked my wife how long it was left like that and she said maybe an hour or so while she was outside chatting with a friend. I don't think it does

  • Re: Recent pricing changes

Hi Paul: I am over on the West Coast here in Vancouver and I share your same problem and we only have 1 dealer and I recently even have some intention of going over to Toronto or Montreal to see if there is better deal! Unfortunately, I guess the reality is that there isn't much option when it comes to us folks in Canada as my understanding is that

  • Re: BV7-40 with Blu-Ray inbuilt...

[quote user="Alex"] I wouldn't assume so. The enhancements are the panel and the surround sound decoder, other than this and Blu-Ray being fitted by default, there will be little change. I can't see these upgrades alone being something to worry about/want upgrading. Improvements will be made all the time, so there's no point in

[quote user="9 LEE"] if the writing in the Menu is White - it is upgradable. If the writing is red, your set is not upgradable. I am currently ordering a BV7 here in North America and I would like to have a little bit more details as

  • Re: Language Supported?

Would that be the same one that is available for DL on the B&O community site? That's OK. I guess this product's target may not be for the asian countries? 'Cause it's a shame as it would be a lovely product to compliment my current B&O systems but yet it doesn't display the languages for my music collection.

  • Language Supported?

Hi: Does the Beosound 5 support the display and sorting of Japanese and Chinese languages? I went thru the user guide in the B&O site and it doesn't list them there so I guess the support for them is not available for the time being? Does anybody know if there is any plan for Beosound 5 to support other languages in the future? Thanks!

  • Re: BS9000 - Faint "Thish" Sound

It is not really a hiss sound....and not relate to the remote either. Hmm...maybe it sound like more of a little surge - a popping/crackling sound, then the song will play. And doesn't have this symptom for playing other tracks on the same CD, just that it happen when you switch to another one. Doesn't happen on all CD's esp. those I brought
