@wv02447: BM-Link version 1.5 starts Front Row using the command 'tell application "Front Row" to activate'. But this doesn't work for Front Row version 2.x.x. This only works for Front Row version 1.x.x. You have to write your own script to start Front Row. For example Beo4VRC does it like this: tell application "System Events"

Karsten, unter Leopard ist Front Row 2 analog Apple TV installiert und abgekapselt von iTunes. Damit gibt es so einige Probleme. So beispielsweise Front Row überhaupt mit der Apple Remote fern zu bedienen. Mal gehts, mal nicht. Die alte Front Row Version 1 aus Tiger funktioniert dagegen problemlos. Wenn der AppleTV am zweiten TV angeschlossen ist, kommt der Ton und das Bild natürlich vom AppleTV, nachdem die Daten gesynct (destreamt) sind. Frage

Hallo *, Ich habe zwei B&O TVs. An dem B&O LCD im Fernsehzimmer is ein Mac angeschlossen. Den Mac steuere ich seit einiger Zeit mit der Beo4VRC. Am Mac angeschlossen ist ein Irtrans, der die Beo4 Befehle an den Mac weitergibt. Das ganze funktioniert prima. Zuvor hatte ich Beomedia und Beoport probiert, was für mich eine Katastophe war.
