  • Re: Bang and Olufsen Outsourced

First, let me start off by saying that I essentially agree with the concept that B&O should stick to manufacturing in Europe. Here is why: 1. Experience, a long

  • Re: BeoCom 5-US Use Comments

And they key here is that the factory in the Czech Republic was built and is being run by B&O directly. It's on the European continent, which has more of a history in manufacturing, and electronic manufacturing, along with being in that part of Europe which has a history of people known for innovation, especially in electronics. Think Tesla

Also, if you have the bluetooth function activated, this will also draw down power more, because that feature is also using energy to try and locate any bluetooth device.

  • A8 or Form - 2

I think it will depend on whether you are going to use them for running or other very active exercise. If so, then the A8 is better. • Torben B. Leaving - Serenata Review

scognamiglio: it's amazing... engadget loves serenata... http://www.engadgetmobile.com/2008/01/10/hands-on-with-samsung-and-bang-and-olufsens-svelte-serenata/ I post this link here, because I think that we must understand where B&O could be great... think different (!), make something that nobody does, you have not spend billions in d&r

  • Re: Torben B. has been sacked!!!!!

I would have preferred that B&O had their mobile telephones made in Japan, but which company would have done that? I am not sure what you mean about the poor quality of the Serene. I have one and it has been fine. Software problems? Maybe some have had it, but that's not limited to B&O. We have to understand that there will always be people

  • Torben B. has been sacked!!!!!

I agree that this is not good news. However, I think B&O has changed the top position before on a similar time interval, so maybe the timing was just coincidence. I wish B&O would go private, so they are not subject to the rises and falls of the stock market. B&O does need to pay attention to its various constituencies a little more, i.e
