kind of off-topic, but is it your local B&O store that is offering the trade-in opportunity? they woudl never allow something like that here as I have asked all of the stores around me. what do they end up doing with the trade-ins? are they sold used? just curious... thanks.

I definitely enjoyed shopping at the Boston store on Newbury St. Seemed more like a family run business and I believe it's an independent store. The staff were friendly not just to the customers but to each other which made everything more pleasant. The pleasantries ultimately resulted in a couple sales while I was there last year.
