I have just been reminded of another B&Hell fiasco we had to endure... This was with another BS4 - the polished base had degraded,almost like galvanic corosion. I hope B&O are reading this thread.I had a BV740 for a few days and the picture [albeit SD] was unwatchable.The lag/judder when panning was a major issue.The tv went back. It took quite a while for the refund on Virtuoso to go through.My dealer had to be chased on this! Then I had problems with a warranty repair on a BS4 [a long story] when I eventually

Went into upgrade menu,selected drop down box,clicked upgrade tab and nothing.Should it take me to a payment screen? If so it didn't. Hey ho,it's been one of those days.. £30 is burning a hole in my pocket ;-)

It would be unfair to limit ones entry into what is fundamentally a RANDOM prize draw just because you might have been lucky enough to win one of the many prizes [which vary greatly in value] So,you want the 'rules' changed after all this time?! My BV7/3 went back. The PQ was totally unwatchable on SD.Plus it had a few other 'niggles'. Got me a Kuro which is sooo much better.Combined it with a £150 Pioneer upscaling dvd player and the picture quality is superb! I don't enjoy juggling remotes again though...
