I have a Beogram 5500 that needs an RIAA preamp board so it can be plugged into a 6500 receiver. The amp board from a Beogram 6500 would work but does any one where one is for sale or a similar substitute?

I bought a 6500 cd player that a previous owner added RCA connectors to the DIN connector and in the process cut some wires off the pins in the DIN connector and the rest are cold soldered. What color wires go to what pins of the DIN connector that is attached to the output cable of the 6500 cd player?

I have a Beogram 5500 that is feeding into a B@0 6500 system, the volume has to be turned up all the way to hear the record play. Is a Beogram needed that has an internal RIAA amplifier or is there an adjustment somewhere?
