• Re: BeoLink / MasterLink Question????
Yes, clearer now. But won`t work, because your system will alway detect two CDs, two RADIOs, two A.TAPEs...on the Masterlink and will activate both. That`s why two audiomasters in a masterlinksystem don`t work. Stefan
What if they were switched off at the mains supply so that they were not even in stand by when

When you press Format and then 0 I believe the picture output is then transfered to the VGA socket, I'm not sure if you would lose HD as a result, Hopefully someone on here will know. You will need to use the VGA connector for you projector though. Also if you do connect your projector with an IR lead you may not be able to control your specific

  • Re: BV7 problems with HD

Total cost appears to be £450 inc. updates and fitting for the 1437000 HD Ready kit. Although I could buy a new 1080p HD Television for around the same money, It wouldn't have the beauty of the BV7. so I'm going to attempt to get the nod from SWMBO and take it from there, I may be selling some of my older B&O to fund this however but

Aquiring the BV7 is the most positive feeling I've had in a while but funding
Hi, the component socket is analogue therefore you got some sort of image, how did you connect the ps3 ?
Good point D.C, I bought a Component cable for the PS3 from Maplin's as the only option I had for HDTV in the BV7's Menu was YPbPr. It was connected from the PS3's Multi-AV socket, which is usually
Hi, Im sorry to say this but looking at your software AS 6, The TV is not HD ready, so you will have to arrange a HD upgrade from a dealer! in order to see HD images through the DVI port. Regards Douglas C
Sorry Douglas, I'd missed the bit about HD through the DVI port. Just to clarify but probably not

My Bv7 has a 15pin connector the same as you use for computer monitors, is that a serial connection? I'll upload some pictures of my menu screens in a little while, if that helps
As far as i remember the DVI on the MK1 is an input is it not?
Yes it is but that doesn't stop people trying to use it for output As you've said before seanie, according to the BV7-40 MK1 manual, pressing format then 0 should switch the projector output on. I get the same 2 projectors listed on my menu
