For those of you interested in intellectual property law land EU law it seems as if B&O has tried, however without success, to register the BL8000 as a three-dimensional Community trade mark. http://curia.europa.eu/jurisp/cgi-bin/form.pl?lang=sv&newform=newform&Submit=S%C3%B6k&alljur=alljur&jurcdj=jurcdj&jurtpi=jurtpi&jurtfp

I am quite sure there is no such adaptor. Unfortunately. I once acquired a Serenata Earset 3 on an online auction under the impression that it was an ordinary 3,5mm Earset and when I asked my dealer about it I learnt that there is no adaptor. I think the same goes for the Serene Earset. I ended up buying a Serenata instead...

A very welcome software update and something that will take me to a dealer and finally acquire a Beo6. Let's just keep our fingers crossed that this update does not cause as many issues as the last BS5 update did...

Well, I am definitely not satisfied with the situation as a whole where software updates turns out to be a downgrade in functionality. However, I am very pleased that the latest update seems to have cured the bugs that came with the latest update and that I as a consequence am able to use my BS5 again. But of course, those bugs should not have been

On the contrary. I am very delighted. My BS5 has been a pain to use since last update. Now everything seems to work as it should do. I am really looking forward to two-way functonality but prefer to wait rather than having software that does not work properly.

There is also the possibility that your Beo4 has been set to a permanent link mode. To disable press standby list, then list again until you reach "config" (not sure what to do if config is not present on your remote) and then 2 0 0 2.

Anyone not working or working from home who has been able to download this update yet? My BS5 been a complete mess since last update (tried reboot, delete database and recovery without any improvements in performance) so I am really looking forward to this. I am glad I've kept my old BS9000. Without it there would not have been much music at home

Owned them both and while the bl2000 have the advantage of being a (goodlooking) masterlink compatible link speaker it clearly lacks bass. I think you will find the sound of the bl2500 much better. The bass has always impressed me given the size of the speakers. That being said, I find them a bit hard to place on their own without the BS3000/3200/2500

Have never been able to control the smallest one (Mini Glo-Ball T) while no problem with my bigger Glo-Ball Basic. Both are already equipped with dimmers but the Lc2 works with the Basic irregardless of this.

This must surely be an incorrect setup! I have the dvd-version of the BV7-32 so I cant say for sure but i would be very, very surprised if there should be any differences between the two versions as regards speaker connectors. Try to connect the BL8000, BL6000 and BL2 speakers to the right hand side back panel.
