• Re: Bang & Olufsen Ice power on Samsung - Is it good?
Can't help you, but it's a needle in my eye. Also, an ICE power amp in a cellphone? Well that ICE power amp can't have anything remotely related to a real ICE power amp... And what about the phones drivers? What could they possibly be? Horrible quality at best. Fine if they are better than the music from

  • Re: BeoVision 7 - 40" MK IV

24p = Yes Mk III and MK IV got 24p support. And moxxey it´s not a scart cable between the dvd drive and the motherboard. They use computer IDE Ultra ATA cabling.. And they are going to use Sharp panels in the new BV8-40 and the new Bv7-55, but the Bv7-40 MkIV they still use Samsung, but the new 2-4ms 120Hz Ultra Glare panel. Samsung are far ahead

Pioneer BD 80 and Denon´s new BD transport are the best. Then Sony S350 and S550 are placed at second. And the new Oppo BD with the Anchor Bay chip i think will be a hard one to beat!
How can one place the Sony S350/550 ahead of their flagship BDP-S5000ES? It is a superb

  • Re: Beovision 7 picture lag

moxxey The MKIII is the best LCD B&o can offer today, but buy the BV4 instead if you don't like the lag artefact´s. I see the BV7-32 9 Hours every day, and we got the Bv7 40 MK III besides the BV7 32 so i now the bad artefact's´s in the Bv7-32 on DVD playback. You need higher bitrate than 5mbt/s on a DVD to get a clear picture

  • Re: Beovision 7 picture lag

robc4674: Beolab - the volume is red. When you say they all suffer lag, have B&O acknowledge this in any way? This goes back to my argument of 'fit for purpose'. 10% - our headboard is about 4-5 mertes away from the tv. THanks, Rob I don´t think anyone can answer why B&o haven´t put in a descent video engine /Scaler, besides

  • Re: Beovision 7 picture lag

robc4674! One question! Have you a red or white info display on your TV when you turn up the volume? If you have a red display you got the MKII and that model got lag, tearing artefact's, so it´s no problem with the set. They all have the same problem. It´s the scaler module ho cant handle that much information to expand/Scale to 40"

  • Re: BV7-40 price drop??

jk1002: Thing is, you can't just rip the package into pieces and call that a strategy. You could buy a BV7 without speaker long time back. Problem is, that all stand and mount options assume that there is a BL7. If you don't take the speaker you would be looking at a whole and the guides for the speaker. So question is, do I get a new, alternate
