Hello All, I have a pair of BeoLab 1 speakers and the top and bottom bass isnt playing anymore. How do i find out which parts to replace...? The service manual says its probably the bass speakers both it could also be the NTC transistor or the cooling profile. When i put my ohm-meter to the speakers it says 0. Hello Peter, Does the problem only occur with Beo5 or also with Beo 4?? If the problem occur with the Beo4 also = I have encountered something similar. I resolved the problem by "shooting" a new STB list in your TV. This should be something your dealer would be able to help you with. BMGHB

I would like to know the following: If the price on a specific item is based on the development cost and the production cost. How come is it that products like BeoLab 6000 (1992-?), BeoLab 8000 (1992-?) dont fall in price or at least stay the same..? BMGHB

Hello Andrei, I read your post about the service suitcase in the B&O shop and I just had to reply. I run an authorised B&O service centre and I find this type of behaviour ... well rude.. In our service centre we order the service suitcase and only charge for the defective parts. And when were done repairing we send the service suitcase back

Allo Luke, If it was me i would get the SW updated in the tv so that the BV8 controlled the Apple TV via an IR eye. Easy fix.. Contact your dealer who delivered the BV8. BMGHB
