I had a friend do one adapter for me, basically we assumed that the "base" connector was the ground, and the tip and the middle one were for microphone and mini-speaker, we did not knew which. I prefere too Form 2 to A8, there are many reasons: - longer cable - less heating of the ear, I can move the position +/- 1cm when is too hot - better awareness of the ambient sound and finally better sound from my point of view, I suppose that the surface of the membrane being bigger than in A8 does this difference? Note: I used both A8 and Form 2
