Dear Dimitiris, Thank you for your post - unfortunately the link takes me to a BeoWorld Error Page. I would really appreciate the link if you could find it. Many thanks. Kind regards.

Dear Beophiles, I am considering upgrading BeoMedia 1 to BeoSound 5/BeoMaster 5 but am a little confused with respect to the current functionality of BeoMaster 5. My BeoMedia 1 is connected via a SCART to an early non - HD BV 5: As I don't have the PC function I am unable to interrogate the BeoMedia 1 via a Link TV; if I select a slide show on my

Dear Beobuddy, Thank you for your reply. I don't know how to access the service menu but I assume that my BV5 is the oldest model as it was purchased shortly after the U.K. release circa. 2002. Kind regards.

Dear All, Does anyone know if I can upgrade the software on my BV5 to include the PC function? I have a BeoMedia 1 connected via a SCART but am unable to control the BeoMedia in Link rooms. I was told by the installers (after they had sold me the BeoMedia 1) that the lack of link room functionality was because of the BV5 not having the PC function.

When the first repair was performed the engineer inadvertently removed the multi region chip that I had paid £150 for. So I guess my DVD 1 has cost me £800 (Purchase) +

Dear Sean, Much to my great frustration you cannot connect two computers to BeoMedia 1. You have to nominate an editing PC (or Mac) which is then listed by IP address under the BeoMedia 1 settings menu. If you need help changing the nominated editing PC please ask. Kind regards.

Dear All, I am currently unable to transfer iPhoto or iTunes from my Mac to my BeoMedia 1. BM Shares appears on my Desktop and the BeoConnect appears connected, however nothing appears under Transfer and the BeoConnect Icon refuses to flash red. In the BeoMedia Settings my Mac I.P address is listed (wireless connection) but also "no client connected
