This question seems to recur every few months. I won't go into a long-winded post, try searching the site. You will find that Logitech Harmony remotes work just fine with BL1000 and ^ coded Beo. Regardless of what the Logitech support site may say, they will also work with earlier (pre BL1000) controlled Beo with some massaging. In short, my experience

This is a muddy area, as will be my response... iPhone hotspotting and AirPlay have been attempted, but I would love to hear from one single person where this actually works well, if at all. The real answer for this dilemna, will be the launch (based on strong rumor -meaning LIKELY to happen) of Bluetooth AirPlay. Apple seems to be leaning in this direction
