hi, all of my beocom 6000's are just that, not beocom 1's... they are all the early mk1's w/ the dot. they all work great except the one in question. it will not find the base. i noticed that using .70001 -that the software listed is quite different than any of the functioning units. w/ regards to the decal beneath the battery... 1.) good

keith, thx for the expedient answer. i will try this evening. on another note, (i posted this elsewhere) i believe i ended up w/ a "european" 6000 in an ebay transaction. is there a difference between euro phones and usa phones? can i make this a usa phone w/ a software change? -or are there any "mechanical" differences prohibiting

Jandyt: Hi Haze and welcome to Beoworld. Do you have the pyramid charger that has no light? If so it may be difficult to tell whether it is charging or not. What I suggest you do is clean the contacts on both the handset and the charger. Cotton buds dipped in Isopropanol or something similar is good for this. As soon as you put the handset, which is

now i have screwed up. in all this fuddling around, i have misplaced the power adapter and coupler for my beocom4 in a move... is the adapter the same between the 6000 and the 4? dummy, dummy, dummy... <edit> disregard. just placed and order for the missing pieces w/ b&o direct.

anything (and i mean anything) that experiences thermal variance should always reach ambient before juicing... not just 4002's... btw, a pair of 4002's here...
