Hello Bill. Welcome to Beoworld! The voltage selector is indeed on the bottom panel, If you open the 'Programming" cover and locate the Treble control, the voltage adjuster is located directly underneath. The easiest way to adjust is from underneath. Hope this helps.

Well it's here, and after a good clean I'm very pleased. Ideally I'd want it French Polishing, but for now a good wash and some linseed oil has made a huge difference to the lustre of the wood...not to mention the dead spider collection.... The turntable is toast- as well as not turning it's rusted badly under the paint, so I'll

Well I just bought this to go with it. I probably won't use it much, but since when has that ever stopped us?...

Thanks Beaker. I had a few cast-off radiograms when I was a kid, and generally speaking I like the sound for certain types of music. I'm hoping to find a Beocord to partner it, and there's a 1500 on ebay at the moment I fancy having a punt at. It is lovely though... (sigh)

My CX 50's are exactly the same inside. I'll also echo what others have said re: loosening up after the refoam.

Hi Dan Yes, that's exactly right. One thing I should perhaps mention, although it may be blindingly obvious, is that as these B&O cartridges don't have a removable stylus extreme care should always be taken in handling these Beocenters. Because there's no arm rest with a locking catch like many other turntables, and because the arm is

Hi Dan Good photos. It seems that I was incorrect in assuming that for some reason the arm per se wouldn't lower onto the record. It seems that mediabobny was correct, and it's failed stylus suspension causing the stylus to 'droop' out of the cartridge and making contact with the record before it should, and it is this that is preventing
